Privacy Notice

When you submit an enquiry or mandate, we collect the information you provide: name, institutional email, company or entity name, indicative transaction volume, desk of interest, and the content of your message.

In the course of due diligence, we additionally collect and process identification documents, corporate registration records, beneficial ownership information, proof of funds or product, and performance history — as required by our KYC/AML obligations.

Personal information is used exclusively to: respond to enquiries; conduct counterparty verification and sanctions screening; structure, document, and execute transactions; meet legal and regulatory obligations under U.S., African, and international trade regulations; and maintain the records our compliance framework requires.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing. Market briefings are sent only to mandate holders and verified counterparties who have requested them.

Information is shared only where necessary for verification and execution: with compliance and screening providers, logistics and vaulting partners, refineries, legal counsel, and trade finance parties — in each case under confidentiality obligations and limited to what the transaction requires.

We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, sanctions authority, or valid legal process.

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months where no engagement results. Due diligence and transaction records are retained for the periods required by applicable AML and trade regulations — typically five years following the end of a relationship, or longer where law requires.

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards proportionate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including access controls, encrypted transmission, and need-to-know handling of counterparty files. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we assess and improve our controls continuously.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to our legal retention obligations. Requests may be made to b@zoremcommodities.com.

This website does not use advertising trackers. Any analytics used are limited to aggregate, privacy-respecting measurement of site performance.
