Compliance & Protection

Trust is not a policy. It is a procedure.

Every badge below is a working control — expand it to see exactly what it does, when it fires, and what happens when something fails it.

Eight controls. Zero exceptions.

Our customer due diligence, record-keeping, and reporting procedures follow FATF Recommendations 10 through 21 — customer identification, beneficial ownership, ongoing monitoring, and suspicious-transaction escalation. Politically exposed persons face enhanced review and principal-level sign-off before any commercial step.

The questions every counterparty should ask.

No jargon, no hedging. If a counterparty anywhere in the market cannot answer these the way we do, that tells you something.

Because it is weighed, scanned, and assayed by people who do not work for the seller. Every lot is screened by handheld XRF at origin, assayed by an independent laboratory before export, and re-assayed at the destination refinery. You receive the certificates, the serial numbers, and the custody record — and you can send your own inspector to witness any of it.

Read the full policy, or put it to the test.

Our AML/KYC policy is public. Our due diligence is not theoretical — submit a mandate and watch it run.
